Francine is an accomplished, loyal, and people-focused executive with a consistent record of excellence in strategic ideation and direction. She is most known for her ability to build and lead high performing teams, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns in alignment with stated business outcomes.

Ja’Net is the engine behind The Anchor Group. Driven by a desire to see projects completed in a spirit of excellence, she is the epitome of quality control. With an array of experience in hospitality, events, marketing, and operations, Ja’Net is masterful at applying her unique skillset across various industries.

Simone has over 20 years of experience in enhancing and accelerating information flow, data collection, generating leads, and producing viewer responses. She creates compelling communications for targeted audiences and excels in developing tools, managing programs, and innovating marketing approaches to improve efficiency.
Jharman Lightner
Manager and Consultant
Jharman frequently demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills, interviewing techniques, research and analytical skills. In addition to her work with Anchor, she is a dedicated mental health professional, President of the nonprofit FirstThursday Jacksonville chapter, and cohosts the Empowerment Hour radio show.

Media/Messaging Lead
Maya brings energy, enthusiasm, and an insightful perspective to every project she’s assigned. With a background in communications, journalism, and public relations, she has performed in several roles that aid in a unique approach to complex problems, including Multimedia Specialist, Dialogue Facilitator, and Website Designer.
Ashby Reed
Creative Director
Ashby has over 40 years of graphic design experience that make him an expert in creating digital and print designs that serve client needs. He has performed in a number of creative roles, from graphic designer to CEO. In addition to working as a self-employed gallery manager, he is also Vice President at Onyx Fine Arts Collective.
Howard Chee
Associate
Howard utilizes data-based marketing strategies to develop effective messaging campaigns. His experience in government relations, community-stakeholder outreach and engagement, and brand development provides a foundation for developing innovative approaches to communications challenges.
Jacqueline Mobley-Wilkins

Jacquie is a proven expert on all things finance. With her experience as a budget analyst with the federal government and her roles as a treasurer for Federally Employed Women (FEW) and Blacks In Government (BIG), she is an excellent wealth of information that provides fiscal support to the team.
